Azerbaijan Railways: Import of foodstuffs to Azerbaijan by railway up 4%

During January-June of this year, the volume of foodstuffs imported to Azerbaijan by railway increased by 4% compared to the corresponding period of 2022 and amounted to 351,000 tons, Report informs, citing Azerbaijan Railways CJSC.

"The 5 most transported products are powdered sugar and sugar, vegetable oil, various cereals, wheat flour, and potatoes. Our refrigerated Hopper, closed and container wagons play a special role in the quick and fast delivery of the main food products included in the food basket to the country," Azerbaijan Railways said.
