Azerbaijan plans to improve regulations in the field of maritime transport, according to the draft amendments to the Merchant Shipping Code of Azerbaijan, Report informs.
According to the draft, new definitions will also be introduced into the code ("base of maritime operations", "sailor" and others), and some existing ones will be clarified.
