AZAL plans to launch regular flights from Baku to Zurich starting in 2026, Report informs.
It was announced during a meeting between Samir Rzayev, President of AZAL CJSC, and Thomas Stahli, the Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation to Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, Ambassador Stahli expressed their readiness to support new flight routes and noted that the increase in visa applications reflects the growing bilateral relations.
The parties also discussed COP29 and considered the implementation of new approaches to environmental protection.
