Anar Guliyev: WUF13 became shared platform for sustainable urban future

The 13th World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku has become a common platform for a sustainable urban future.

Report informs that Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture and WUF13 National Coordinator, said this at the forum's closing ceremony.

According to him, the participation of UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed, as well as the leadership and partnership of UN-Habitat Executive Director Anacláudia Rossbach, played an important role in the successful organization of WUF13.

"Thanks to this strong partnership, WUF13 has become a platform that reflects inclusiveness, dialogue and our shared commitment to a sustainable urban future," Guliyev said.
