Uzbek business people intend to expand cooperation with Azerbaijan 

Uzbekistan's business people plan to expand cooperation with Azerbaijan in the textile industry, the Economic Zones Development Agency under the Ministry of Economy told Report.

The Uzbek businessmen visited several local enterprises, such as the Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park, Mingachevir Industrial Park, Azeripek LLC, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation OJSC in Shaki, etc.

Uzbekistan's businessmen working in the fields of cotton growing and silkworm breeding viewed the sowing area of the agricultural park located in the Yevlakh district and the areas intended for mulberry cultivation.

During the visit, the delegation also got acquainted with the activities of the Gakh Breeding Sericulture Station and the Gakh Agropark.
