Stock of cheese and cottage cheese in Azerbaijan up more than 73%

In January-August of this year, 35,649 tons of cheese and cottage cheese (+2.9%) were produced in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.

As of September 1, the country had 61.5 tons of cheese and curd stock, which is 73.2% more than the previous year.
