Steel production in Azerbaijan up by over 19%

In January-October, 2024, 322,300 tons of steel were produced in Azerbaijan, 19.1% more compared to the same period in 2023, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

In October alone, 32,100 tons of steel were produced in the country, which is 0.3% less compared to a year ago.

As of November 1, 2024, Azerbaijan had 7,600 tons of the finished product.
