Resident of Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park launches new product

Azerbaijan Vanhong Ceramics Co. LLC, a resident of Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park, managed by the Economic Zones Development Agency (EZDA) under Azerbaijan’s Economy Ministry, has started producing relief ceramic tiles for the first time, Report informs, citing EZDA.

Currently, relief ceramic tiles (non-slip porcelain stoneware) are being produced in 3 sizes (60x60 cm, 60x120 cm, 30x60 cm).

Chinese-funded Azerbaijan Vanhong Ceramics Co. began operations in October 2023. So far, the company has sold products worth over 60 million manats (about $35.3 million), of which 1.85 million manats (about $1.09 million) account for exports. The manufactured products have been exported to Russia, Belarus, Georgia, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan.
