Initial assessment of Dashkasan iron ore deposit to be completed by August 

AzerGold CJSC continued its activity on all fields under the schedule, CJSC told Report.

Within the initial assessment for commissioning Dashkasan iron ore deposit upon the President’s order dated August 6, 2020, 7,830 meters of drilling operations were carried out in 2020. The development of the initial assessment is planned to be completed by August 2021. Within the frame of this document, geological works will continue, and metallurgical researches will be conducted.

At the same time, AzerGold CJSC carried out 75,778 meters of drilling operations in 2020, more than 47,000 meters in 2019.
