Chinese delegation visits Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park

A delegation led by a representative of the Chinese Association for International Economic Cooperation, Wang Weiwei, visited the Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park of Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Economic Zones Development Agency under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economy.

The Agency's management team met the Chinese delegation. During the meeting, the possibilities of establishing mutually beneficial relations in various spheres of the economy and industry, and implementing joint projects were discussed. Chinese companies were invited to take advantage of the existing favorable business opportunities in industrial zones of Azerbaijan, especially in industrial parks created in territories liberated from occupation.

Then they got acquainted with the work done in the park, as well as with the activities of Azərbaycan Vanhong Ceramics Co LLC, which specializes in the production of ceramic tiles, and SOCAR Polymer LLC, which produces polypropylene and high-density polyethylene.
