Azerbaijan's butter stock triple

In January-June 2025, Azerbaijan produced 13,269.6 tons of butter, marking a 4.3% drop year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country's State Statistical Committee.

As of July 1, 2025, Azerbaijan had 153.2 tons of butter in stock, which is a 3.1-fold increase compared to a year ago.

During the first half of 2025, the value of Azerbaijan’s foodstuff production amounted to 2.628 billion manats (just over $1.546 billion), representing a 12% surge compared to the same period last year.
