Azerbaijan plans to establish production of pyrolysis oil with investments at nearly €100 million

The Azerbaijan Investment Company OJSC, SOCAR Downstream Management LLC, and Italy’s Technip Energies S.p.A. have signed a joint agreement to implement a pyrolysis oil production project, Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov wrote on X, Report informs.

“This green initiative, with an investment volume of €97 million, will promote the efficient processing of waste, enhance industrial production, and contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions,” reads the post.
