Azerbaijan boosts gold export revenues by nearly 29%

In January-August 2026, Azerbaijan exported $271.2 million worth of gold, Report informs, citing the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

According to the center's monthly export review, this represents a 28.7% increase compared to the same period last year.

In August alone, Azerbaijan exported $36.8 million worth of gold, up 15.4% from a year earlier.

Over the first eight months of the year, Azerbaijan's non-oil exports rose by 17.6% year-on-year to $2.8 billion.
