United States lifted visa ban on the Iranian athletes

Baku. 8 February. REPORT.AZ/ US lifted visa ban on the Iranian athletes.
Report informs citing the Anadolu, President of the Iran Archery Federation Mohammad-Ali Shojaei stated.
Two days are left before the start of the competition, US Embassy in Armenia had to give visa to the Iranian athletes. However, because embassy has not given visa on time we cannot join that competition", he said.
According to statement, Archery World Cup 2017 to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada (USA) on February 10-12.
Notably, according to a decree signed by US president Trump on January 27 issuance of visas to citizens of Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Sudan and Libya was banned for 90 days.
