Baku. 3 February. REPORT.AZ/ Forbes announced their list of the 100 highest-paid sportsmen and women on the planet.
Report informs, rating takes into account salaries, bonuses and advertising revenues in 2016.
At No.1 is Real Madrid player Cristiano Ronaldo with a total annual income of 88 million dollars. 56 mln of this amount earned at the club, while 32 mln from advertising revenues.
And in second place on Forbes' list is Barcelona's Leo Messi, who generates 81.4 million dollars (53,4 + 28). Behind Cristiano and Messi in the top 5 is Cleveland's LeBron James. He earned 77.2 million dollars (23.2 + 54).
