Mahir Mammadov: My appointment as FIDE president is the indicator of high trust by world countries to Azerbaijan

Report informs that Mahir Mammadov was speaking at the General Assembly in Batumi while commenting on his election to the position in the International Chess Federation (FIDE).

Mammadov assessed the election of an Azerbaijani to the high post in FIDE for the first time in the country’s history is an indicator of high trust by the world chess family to Azerbaijan.
