Head coach of Lithuanian team satisfied with organization of President's Cup-2025 int'l regatta in Azerbaijan

"I really liked the organization, everything is well thought out," said Rimas Sukatskas, the head coach of the Lithuanian team participating in the President's Cup-2025 international regatta in Azerbaijan, Report informs.

The specialist mentioned that he came to Azerbaijan for the first time:

"I wanted to see how well the competition is organized in your country. I really liked the organization, everything is well thought out. The participation of so many countries makes the competition more interesting. I believe that the strongest will win in the end. We are participating in the competition with our second team. In the future, we will compete with our main squad members. The interest in rowing in Azerbaijan is at a high level. I hope that it will develop more and more year by year."

Along with Azerbaijani representatives, rowers from Estonia, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Serbia, South Africa, Spain, Tajikistan, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan are participating in the President's Cup-2025 tournament.

The tournament, which features more than 200 athletes from 20 countries, will conclude tomorrow.
