Baku hosts refresher courses for badminton trainers

Baku. 31 January. REPORT.AZ/ Badminton Federation of Azerbaijan organized refresher courses "Coach Education Level 1 Expert Course" for badminton trainers.

Report informs, three-day course conducted with the aim of further training was attended by experts from Sweden, England, Germany, the Netherlands, Belarus and Spain. On the first day of the course, participants mainly got familiar with the theory, on the second day practical measures have been carried out, and the last day exams were conducted, after which the participants were given certificates.

Participants who successfully complete course, received certificate of trainer, counselor, coach of the first degree, as well as badminton expert.

"Coaches are important in every sport, and the development of knowledge and skills of trainers is an important industry for the Badminton World Federation and Badminton Europe. In November 2012, the Badminton World Federation initiated training of trainers of the first degree courses, and in December 2013 were organized resources for second degree courses. Both degrees educational and training materials are included in the education system of both degrees in badminton. Each level - is the way to obtain relevant knowledge and skills, as well as the advanced training", said the manager of activities of Badminton Federation of Azerbaijan.
