Azerbaijani wrestlers claim seven more medals at international tournament

Baku. 17 September. REPORT.AZ/ The international tournament dedicated to the three times Olympic Champion Alexander Medved has been completed in Minsk, the capital of Belarus.

Report informs that our freestyle wrestlers won 4 medals, and our female wrestlers claimed 3 medals on the last day of the tournament.

Sharif Sharifov (92 kg) and Jamaladdin Mahammadov (125 kg) stood at the highest step of the honorary podium. Aghahuseyn Mustafayev (70 kg) and Anjela Dorokan (53 kg) ranked the second, while Murtuzali Muslimov (70 kg), Elmira Gambarova (62 kg) and Sabira Aliyeva (76 kg) took the third place.
