Azerbaijani weightlifter disqualified over doping use for the third time

Baku. 12 February. REPORT.AZ/ Former member of the Azerbaijani national powerlifting team Intigam Zairov was disqualified for two more years.
Report informs that the decision was taken by the International Powerlifting Federation. The second doping test of the sports veteran at the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 proved positive. Zairov was disciplined for doping two more times in 2013 and 2015. It is not yet known what the punishment will be for the next incident.
