Azerbaijani taekwondo fighter won gold in Athens

Baku. 29 April. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani taekwondo fighter Milad Beigi Harchegani won the gold of WTF President's Cup in Athens, Greece.

Report informs citing the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation, winner of the first European Games and bronze medalist of Rio 2016 Olympics M.B.Harchegani defeated Demir Burak (Turkey), Vladislav Saulukov (Belarus), Apostolos Telikostoglou (Greece) and qualified for the final.

The Azerbaijani fighter, 80 kg, defeated Turkish athlete Yunis Sarıdan at the decisive battle.
