Azerbaijani judokas have claimed their first medals at the World Judo Championships in Budapest, the capital of Hungary, Report informs via AZERTAC.
Zelim Tckaev (81 kg) faced the UAE representative Nugzari Tatalashvili in the bronze medal match.
By defeating his opponent, the Azerbaijani athlete secured a spot on the podium, claiming the bronze medal.
