Video footage in court confirms Ghukasyan’s presence in Shusha after occupation

During a court session at the Baku Military Court, video footage was presented, confirming the presence of Arkadi Ghukasyan in Shusha right after the city’s occupation.

According to Report, while reviewing the footage, prosecutors supporting the state’s case pointed out that the video was recorded shortly after the city’s capture and asked the defendant relevant questions.

In response, Ghukasyan identified other individuals in the video: "In the middle, in civilian clothes, is the driver. Behind me, in a suit, is Oleg Isayan. In the background, I recognized Armen Isagulov. The second person is Zori Balayan, and in civilian clothes, that’s Vasily Atajanian. Now, approaching the driver’s seat is Bishop Pargev... I don’t know the rest. They seem to be military personnel."

The trial continues for Armenian nationals accused of serious crimes against peace and humanity, including waging aggressive war, genocide, violating international humanitarian law, terrorism, financing terrorism, and unlawfully seizing and holding power, among other crimes committed during the military aggression against Azerbaijan.
