Number of mines found in Azerbaijan's liberated areas revealed

The number of mines found in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories from November 11, 2020, to November 22, 2021, has been revealed, Report informs.
To date, 10,455 anti-personnel mines, 4,640 anti-tank mines, and 12,637 pieces of unexploded ordnance (UXO) have been found.
During this period, a total of 62.86 sq. km (6,286 hectares) of land have been cleared of mines and UXO.
