Matviyenko vows full investigation into AZAL crash, promises transparency

The crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) plane on the Baku-Grozny route near Aktau, Kazakhstan, is currently under investigation by Russian authorities and will be assessed objectively, Valentina Matviyenko, Chairperson of the Russian Federation Council, told journalists, Report informs via Interfax.
Matviyenko also extended her condolences regarding the tragic incident.
