Iranian border guards kill Azerbaijani citizen, investigation underway

The military prosecutor's office has launched a probe into the killing of an Azerbaijani citizen by Iranian border guards, Report informs, citing the General Prosecutor's office.
Mirjavad Musayev was shot dead while attempting to cross the border.
