"Energocredit" program launched in Baku

Baku. 25 November. REPORT.AZ/ The EBRD (European Bank on Reconstruction and Development) has launched a Sustainable Energy Financing Facility, which supports corporations and individuals to finance energy efficiency and renewable energy investments and under one umbrella via local partner institutions. Report informs, referring to the information given by Baku office of ERBD.

According to information, main speakers of the event were officials of ERBD, Azerbaijan Representation of European Union and Finance Ministry of Austria.

The EBRD has launched a Sustainable Energy Financing Facility (SEFF) in the Caucasus branded as “Energocredit” which supports corporations and individuals to finance energy efficiency and renewable energy investments and under one umbrella via local partner institutions. It is a one-stop shop for the clients of participating financial institutions to obtain long-term funding for energy efficiency projects.
