Some 25% of those wishing to study at state expense will have to choose IT specialties

In Azerbaijan, 25% of those wishing to study abroad at the state expense will have to choose information and communication technologies (ICT), Report informs that Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev told the presentation of the Association of Cyber Security Organizations of Azerbaijan (AKTA) public association.

"In recent years, admission to bachelor's degree in IT specialties in Azerbaijan has increased several times. In addition, the profession of a teacher in recent years includes IT skills," the minister added.
