Security gaps found in 976 state information systems in Azerbaijan

Between January and August this year, security vulnerabilities were identified in 976 information resources belonging to Azerbaijani state institutions, uncovered through audits, penetration tests, and monitoring carried out by the Special Communication and Information Security State Service, Report informs.
According to the agency's data, this represents a 78% increase compared to the same period last year.
In August alone, security issues were detected in 46 information systems-a 55% decrease year-on-year.
Last year, vulnerabilities were found in 857 government information resources, which was 23% more than in the previous year.
