SCSI: Cyber attack on websites of state institutions during local anti-terror measures recorded

Since the beginning of local anti-terror measures in the territory of Azerbaijan, there have been cyber attacks on the websites of a number of state institutions, Tural Mammadov, Head of the Department of State Service of Special Communication and Information Security (SCSI) said at the International Cyber Security Days Conference (ICSD 2023).

"More than 4 million DDoS (Denial-Of-Service Attack) attacks per second were registered on the official website of the President alone, he said.

According to him, the experts of the National Security and Defense Ministry are preventing them: "We are continuing our activities in this direction in an intensified mode."
