Azerbaijan's innovation policy and vision should be presented more clearly, Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said at the Baku Investment Day (Baku ID) festival held Thursday, Report informs.
“In the discussions conducted before the session, it was reported that the difficulties faced by entrepreneurs or regulators also arise from loopholes in the legislation. We need to secure the ecosystem, access to finance and attract venture capital. We are currently launching a digital technology transformation center. We have allocated appropriate venues for this. The aim is to provide a platform for entrepreneurs,” Jabbarov said.
