Former deputy minister appointed to new position

A new appointment has been made at the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security.
Report informs that Iltimas Mammadov, who has been the deputy minister of communication and information technologies since 2005 (now the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport), and the first deputy minister since 2014, has been appointed the head of department at the ministry.
