Azerpoct: Azerbaijan strengthening its position on int'l platforms in postal services

Baku widely promotes the development of Azerbaijan's postal services on international platforms, acting chairman of the board of Azerpoct LLC Isi Mustafayev said at the first Forum of Leaders of Postal Services in Europe and the CIS held in Baku, Report informs.

He noted that this is the second international event held in Azerbaijan this year by the Universal Postal Union: "We held the first international event in January. Today's forum is attended by about 150 representatives from different countries. Among them are postal sector regulators, representatives at the ministry level, and heads of national postal operators. The greatest significance of the forum is the promotion of Azerbaijan. It is aimed at increasing the country's authority in the international arena."
