Azercosmos: Representatives of global space agencies to visit Azerbaijan

Representatives of the most successful global space agencies are expected to attend the International Astronautical Congress, which is to be held in Baku next year, Samaddin Asadov, the chairman of the Board of Azerbaijan's space agency, Azercosmos, under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, told journalists.

He said the delegations of the world's leading space agencies will set numerous stands as part of the event.

"The assistance of embassies accredited in our country may be needed on logistics and other issues related to setting the stands," he added.

The International Astronautical Congress will be held in Baku on October 2-6 next year. It is expected to be attended by nearly 6,000 guests.
