In January-March 2025, the Space Agency under the Digital Development and Transport Ministry of Azerbaijan (Azercosmos) exported satellite telecommunication services worth $4 million 14.9% less year-on-year, Report informs, citing the Export Review published by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

During the first three months of 2025, nearly 100 companies from 39 countries purchased satellite telecommunication services from Azercosmos. The number of countries decreased by eight compared to a year ago.

The main export destinations of Azercosmos were the United Kingdom ($1 million), Luxembourg ($890,300), Nigeria ($213,400), Egypt ($179,000), and Pakistan ($174,000).

During the reporting period, the share of Azercosmos export revenues in its total revenues decreased from 78% to 65%.

In March alone, Azercosmos exported satellite telecommunication services worth $1.3 million, 23.5% less year-on-year.
