Azercell customers complain about internet services

Baku. 16 December. REPORT.AZ/ Shortcomings still exists in some areas of Baku regarding the internet services rendered by Azercell. Most complaints related to the problem received from Khatai district.

Report informs citing the customers, however, the company was appealed in regard with the problem in November, the problem hasn't been solved yet.

Subscribers say that despite 3G and 4G packages are activated, internet speed is significantly lower: "3G and 4G packages not launch at all, even when paid for that traffic, "Edge" service is provided".

The company has not answered question of Report News Agency regarding the issue.
