Azerbaijani scientists again included in Stanford University ranking list

Two Azerbaijani scientists are once again included in the list of the most influential scientists in the field of artificial intelligence, prepared by Stanford University in the US, Report informs.

They are Vice-President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), General Director of the Institute of Information Technologies, Academician Rasim Aliguliyev and Corresponding Member of ANAS Ramiz Alyguliyev.

Azerbaijani scientists were selected among 356,955 people who conduct research in the field of artificial intelligence and whose articles are indexed in the Scopus database. It is noteworthy that in recent years only scientists from Azerbaijan have been included in the rating list of Stanford University among the countries of the South Caucasus.

Azerbaijani scientists have been included in the prestigious list for the fourth time since 2020.
