Azerbaijan's ICT output rises 10.7% in January-August

Azerbaijan produced 1.7751 billion manats ($1.04 billion) worth of output in the information and communication technologies (ICT) sector in January-August 2026.
According to Report, citing the State Statistical Committee, this was 10.7% more than in the same period last year.
In August alone, output in the sector amounted to 266.1 million manats ($156.5 million), up 13.8% year on year.
The ICT sector accounted for 2% of Azerbaijan's gross domestic product (GDP) in the first eight months of the year.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan's GDP amounted to 76.8177 billion manats ($45.19 billion), up 1.4% compared with the same period last year.
