Azerbaijan's communication sector grows by about 6%

Baku. 16 December. REPORT.AZ/ In January-November this year, information and communication enterprises of Azerbaijan have provided services worth 1 552.9 mln AZN, of which 72.6% were consumed by the population.
Report informs citing official statistics, compared to the same period of 2016, value of information and communication services increased by 5.9% in real terms, 81.1% of the revenue in this area fell to the non-state sector.
50.2% or 779.7 mln AZN of revenue from services was formed in the field of mobile telephony.
