Azerbaijan ranks 55th in Global Cybersecurity Index

Azerbaijan ranked 55th with 0.653 points in the Global Security Index (GCI) in 2018.
Report informs that the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) prepares this ranking since 2007.
By the information, Azerbaijan lost 7 positions over the previous year. Meanwhile, Armenia settled on the 79th place with 0.495 points in this year's GCI.
Among the CIS countries, Azerbaijan is fourth and official Yerevan is sixth.
Notably, the top three on the GCI ranking list of 194 countries include Great Britain, the United States and France, respectively.
