Average speed of Internet up by 94% over past 2 years in Azerbaijan

More than 80% of households and business entities in Azerbaijan have access to broadband internet, Tural Pirverdiyev, CEO of Aztelecom LLC under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, said at the GSMA Mobile 360 Eurasia 2024 international conference held in Baku, Report informs.
"Over the past 2 years, the average speed of the Internet in the country has increased by 94%. We are continuing to increase the speed," he said.
