EU, WHO send medical supplies to Azerbaijan

Today, the European Union and the World Health Organization handed over 52 patient monitors, 258 oxygen cannulas, 258 venturi masks, 123 pulse oximeters, spare parts for medical supplies, as well as 987,000 pairs of test gloves to the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan to help medical workers fight the COVID-19 pandemic safely.
Report informs that, the handover act was signed by WHO Representative in Azerbaijan Hande Harmanci, Head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan Kestutis Jankauskas and Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Health Nadir Zeynalov.
Supplies were brought to Azerbaijan by WHO Office in Azerbaijan with the financial support of the EU within the framework of the " Solidarity for Health Initiative " project.
