Examination of samples taken from the poultry products imported from Russian Bryanskiy Broiler LLC revealed that the microbiological (Salmonella <25g) indicators were excessive, Report informs.
According to the Food Safety Agency, discrepancies were found in safety parameters (Salmonella <25g) when the frozen chicken skins produced by Bryanskiy Broiler LLC were imported in June. Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance has been notified of the discrepancies.
