Korean government donates medical devices to Azerbaijan

Medical devices were donated to the Republican Clinical Hospital named after Academic Mirgasimov under the Azerbaijani Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB) within the framework of the health sector support project implemented between the Azerbaijani State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance (CHI) and the Azerbaijan office of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), Report informs, citing CHI.

The devices (inhaler, electronic ear thermometer, glucometer, etc.) donated to the pediatric department of the hospital with the financial support of the KOICA Azerbaijani Alumni Association (KOAZ) aim to improve the quality of medical services provided to children.

The Director of the Republican Clinical Hospital, Elviz Gasimov, the Country Director of the KOICA Azerbaijan Office, Moon Jong Hyun, the Head of the International Relations Department at CHI, Ruslan Abdullayev, and the Head of the Strategic Development Department at TABIB, Yagut Garayeva, participated in the presentation ceremony.
