The Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan has published a list of Azerbaijani passengers and crew members who died in the AZAL airplane crash near Aktau, Kazakhstan, Report informs.
The ministry noted that work is underway to identify the deceased.
On December 25, an Embraer aircraft of Azerbaijan Airlines, flying from Baku to Grozny, crashed near the Kazakhstani city of Aktau.
There were 67 people on board the aircraft, including 37 citizens of Azerbaijan, 16 from Russia, 6 from Kazakhstan, and 3 from Kyrgyzstan. As a result of the incident, 38 passengers died, while 29 people survived, including three children.
