Azerbaijan’s vaccination statistics for July 5

Some 2,230 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab was 736 today, while 285 got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 1,047 people got immunized with three or more doses of the COVID vaccine. The number of those vaccinated with a booster dose after a positive result has reached 162.

To date, 13,774,761 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of these, 5,357,725 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,854,671 have been double jabbed.

This is while 3,312,490 people got immunized with three or more doses of a COVID vaccine in Azerbaijan.

As many as 249,875 people have got the booster dose after recovering from COVID-19.
