Azerbaijan records 645 new COVID cases, 9 deaths

Azerbaijan has recorded 645 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

Meanwhile, 577 people recovered from the infection, and 9 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Overall, the country has reported 622,881 cases of infection, 606,888 recoveries, and 8,480 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 7,513 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 5,968,349 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 10,746 today.
