Azerbaijan announces weekly COVID statistics

Azerbaijan recorded 20 new coronavirus cases over the past week, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

15 people infected with COVID-19 recovered, four died.

Overall, the country has reported 834,172 cases of infection, 823,758 recoveries, and 10,376 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 38 people are receiving treatment.

Over the past week, 2,612 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 7,718,479 tests have been performed since the start of the pandemic.

No one was vaccinated in the country during the past week.
