Youth Affairs Minister: Tatarstan, Azerbaijan have long-standing cooperation

Next year, Tatarstan will send a media team to Azerbaijan for an internship, the Minister of Youth Affairs of the Tatarstan Republic of the Russian Federation Timur Suleymanov told Report.

"We plan to organize an internship for the media in the spring. Now a team of media representatives has come to us, and next year we will form a group of about 15 people who will go to Baku," the minister said.

He noted that Azerbaijan and Tatarstan have long-standing cooperation:

"We have a friendship that is based on various institutional projects. For example, we have the House of Friendship, where the team from Azerbaijan is one of the most active. They are members of the Youth Assembly of the Peoples of the Republic of Tatarstan."

Timur Suleymanov added that every year the team from Azerbaijan is very active at the forum of young entrepreneurs of the OIC countries, as well as at various sports competitions.
