Vice President: Türkiye will continue to support Azerbaijan during COP29

Türkiye will continue to support Azerbaijan in preparations for the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), Vice President of Türkiye Cevdet Yilmaz said during his speech at the Informal Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Shusha, Report informs.

According to him, Türkiye attaches great importance to transport and logistics cooperation with the member countries of the OTS: “Climate change is among the most important problems that we face. We have nominated our candidacy for hosting COP31, and will also continue to support Azerbaijan with COP29".
